Accuracy and top quality precision is our standard operating procedure.  After the conception of your idea, JCB’s complete mold making and machining department takes over.  The process begins with product design and mold engineering, accomplished through our sophisticated part-modeling and mold engineering resources.  Then, our advanced computerized machinery assists with the physical completion of your project into reality.  JCB utilizes four CNC machine centers in addition to a full complement of standard machining equipment including milling machines, lathes, EDMs and surface grinders.
